Urgent: Save Screened Admissions
The latest push to save screened schools is upon us, and PLACE NYC encourages all Public School parents to get involved in the effort to preserve high-quality education in NYC.
Write to your elected officials (NYS Senators, NYC Council Members, NYC Assembly Members) and demand that they do their part to hear your concerns and save screened admissions.
Please visit PLACENYC.org for suggestions on how to advocate to your local elected officials to save screened admissions. Please don’t delay, as a final decision from Chancellor Carranza and Mayor de Blasio may come down at any moment.
