New York, NY — PLACE NYC (Parent Leaders for Accelerated Curriculum and Education) announces Maud Maron’s decision to step down as Co-President of the organization, effective immediately. Chien Kwok will continue to lead PLACE NYC as the sole President.
As a co-founder of PLACE NYC, Maud Maron has been a passionate advocate for access to accelerated education and enrichment opportunities for all students in New York City. Her dedication, commitment, and tireless efforts have made a significant impact on the organization’s mission to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. Chien Kwok, who has served as Co-President alongside Maud Maron, will assume the role of sole President of PLACE NYC.
